Manufacturing Process

Our Six Sigma Certified Lean manufacturing experts at Skincare by Marpac are ready to take your business to the next level.  Learn why Six Sigma matters when it comes to consistency and efficiency.

  • You talk & we listen! We’ll ask about you, your brand & your business goals. We’ll learn about your skincare product goals or manufacturing challenges and our team will note the short & long term impact of the obstacles you’re facing.

  • After our team’s internal review of your challenge is completed, we’ll present you with a proposed solution. We’ll consider price and timeline targets when assessing the situation and provide you with a path forward.

  • Depending upon your projects requirements, we’ll take measures to test our approach and earn your confidence. Whether its individual samples for review or a pilot run to test efficiencies, you’ll be part of the process to ensure we meet your expectations.

  • Once samples are approved and/or the pilot run is completed, we’ll schedule your full production run. We’ll work with you to meet your timeline and get your product to market. Once your order ships, we’ll get your forecast so we can begin scheduling your reorder to keep you in stock and selling!

MOQs, Lead Times & More

Do you have an MOQ on production runs?

We do not have a set MOQ.  We have a variety of kettle sizes, which allows us to manufacture any size order.  Small pilot or scale-up runs might have a set-up fee depending on the product and size. 

Can you warehouse my product?

What are your lead times?

Yes! We do have warehouse space available.  Contact us to find out the rates and space available.

Do you do order fulfillment (drop ship)?

We do not drop ship orders to individuals, but we can ship pallets to various 3PLs, warehouses, and distribution centers. We’re partnership-oriented and want to create an outcome that works best for all involved, so reach out and let’s discuss options!

Do you develop formulas?

Yes! Depending on the formula, we have both in-house and contract cosmetic formulators available. We’ve developed formulas for tallow balms, beeswax lip balms, natural deodorant, and more. Development fees may apply.
